Twinkies a la Raspberries

Featured in the February 17 issue of Woman's Day magazine

Items Needed:

  • Raspberry jam (seedless)
  • Fresh raspberries
  • 2 Twinkies

DIRECTIONS: Stir jam and 1 tbsp. water in a bowl until smooth. Add raspberries; toss gently to coat.

Cut Twinkies in half diagonally, starting about 1 in. down from the top left corner to 1 in. from the bottom of the opposite side.

For each heart, put together two halves of the Twinkie on 1 plate.

Spoon the raspberry mixture on top of and around the hearts.
