Lemon Twinkie Fruit Tarts
Items Needed:
- 6 Hostess® Twinkies®
- ½ cup prepared lemon frosting
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¾ cup fresh raspberries or blueberries
Directions: Slice Twinkies in half; set aside. Combine lemon frosting and lemon juice; stir until smooth. Spoon frosting mixture into zip-top bag and snip one corner. Pipe frosting onto 6 bottom Twinkie halves. Place raspberries or blueberries on top of lemon filling. Center top half of Twinkies on top of fruit.
Makes 6 servings.
